4th Axis Machining
Halsey Manufacturing's milling machines are all 4th axis capable for indexing critical features.
 Cam grooves for synchronized operation or keeping features at given angles of rotation from each other per print requirements.- 4th axis ready means positioning to one of 360,000 positions on demand.
- We
also mount a 4th axis tombstone for parts requiring operations on both
sides and top to reduce handling, and aid in maintaining critical
features positions along with the benefit of more parts per load.
