Halsey Manufacturing is proud to claim membership in the North Texas chapter of NTMA.

Our inspection uses some of the finest inspection equipment available, such as our Micro-Hite 360 with .00001 resolution - floating on air bearing on a 3'x4'x6'' granite table with certified flatness. Gauging includes pin sets, intramiks, ring gauges, thread gauges, and a variety of other gauging accumulated over 29 years.

Halsey Manufacturing employs inspection tools traceable to NIST to verify part delivered to your tolerance requirements. Quality is insured through every procedure by compliance with MIL-STD I-45208A and MIL-STD 45662. Our quality control has been accredited by major manufacturers, including UniCal, Texas Instruments, Halliburton, Weber Aircraft, E-Systems, and others.

Peterbilt awarded an "A" qualification ;plaque for parts manufactured requiring value added operations on aluminum and steel castings for successful compliance with quality assurance requirements.

Use of state-of-the-art CNC machining centers assures accurate transfer of design to finished product.
